Terms & Conditions

Hark Angels is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient. Gifts of two dollars or more are tax deductible in Australia.

Donations are processed securely by Stripe. Your receipt is emailed to you once your gift goes through. Keep it for your tax return.

Regular gifts (monthly, quarterly or yearly) continue until you cancel them. To change or cancel a regular gift, email info@harkangels.org and we will stop it before the next payment.

If you have made a gift by mistake, email info@harkangels.org as soon as you can. We consider every refund request and refund where appropriate.

Your gift supports our charitable purpose of building schools and supporting children's education. Where you give towards a particular school or project, we apply your gift to it. If that project is fully funded or cannot go ahead, we use your gift for a similar purpose.

Applying for The Trip registers your interest. It is not a booking. We confirm the cost, payment and conditions of each trip with you in writing before you commit.

Event tickets are sold through Humanitix, and Humanitix's terms apply to ticket purchases.

The words, photographs and video on this site, and the Hark Angels name and logo, belong to Hark Angels or to the people who created them. You are welcome to share our pages and quote us with credit. Please ask us before using anything else.

Please do not copy or reuse photographs of children from this site.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it can change. Figures such as funds raised are updated as gifts come in.

This site links to other websites, such as Stripe and Humanitix. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Hark Angels is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
